PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing bag wherein the bag has a three-dimensional shape which is similar to a bottle, and self-standing property, the storing property of a content and the shape-retention of a spout are favorable, the usability for the carrying or the refilling of the content is excellent even when the capacity is large, and the appearance is excellent as well without having folding wrinkles or the like on the body section. SOLUTION: This self-standing bag 100 is formed into a configuration wherein gusset sections 6 and 7 are provided on the top and the bottom, and both side sections are sealed by side sealing sections 9 and 9 using a laminated film. On the upper edge of a pleated section of one (the front side) of the gusset section 6 at the upper section, a protruding section 14 is provided. In this case, the protruding section 14 is constituted by extending the films on the both sides, and heat-sealing the outer periphery. Then, the spout 20 made of a plastic is bonded to the upper section of the protruding section 14. Another pleated section is heat- sealed to a back surface side sealing section 13 of the upper gusset section having a shape wherein the internal side is indented to the central section from both sides. Then, on the upper edge of the another pleated section, an extended section 15 is provided. In this case, for the extended section 15, either one of the films is extended, and a hole 16 for a knob is provided. The gusset section 7 at the lower section is constituted by heat-sealing with a bottom sealing section 8 having a vessel bottom shape.
