PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label printer in which workability of roll replacing work is enhanced. SOLUTION: In the label printer 1, a section 10 for holding the roll A of a label sheet B, a section 20 for printing specified information on the label of the label sheet B fed out from the roll holding section 10, and a section 80 for winding a ground paper from which the label printed at the printing section 20 is stripped are arranged on a movable frame 4 which can be drawn out from the printer 1 body thus constituting a drawing unit 9. The printer 1 body is fixed with a print head unit 60, having a print head 64 for printing on a label while holding the label sheet B between the print head and a print roller 24 disposed at the printing section 20, retractably from the passage for drawing the movable frame.
