SOLUTION: A band layer 9 forms ply 9A by winding belt-like ply 10 of a band cord 11 by having a parallel area J parallel to the tire equator C and an inclined area K inclined to the tire equator C. A winding starting end part 10i and a tail end part 10f of the belt-like ply 10 are arranged in the inclined area K or the vicinity, and the cut sides 15i and 15f inclining in the same direction as the inclined area K to the tire equator C are formed in the starting end part 10i and the tail end part 10f.
