PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain rice gruel with high nutritive value containing soybean extract ingredients. SOLUTION: This rice gruel is obtained by the following process: feedstock rice such as polished rice or brown rice is put to pretreatment such as washing with water; meanwhile feedstock soybean is washed with water and then soaked in water to effect water absorption, the resulting water-absorbed soybean is ground into soybean juice, which, in turn, is heated and then squeezed to effect separation into soybean milk and bean-curd refuse, a coagulant is then added to the soybean milk to proceed a coagulation, the liquid on the resultant coagulum is collected, a specified proportion of water is then added thereto effect dilution, and the resulting diluted liquid and the above feedstock rice are formulated with each other in a specified proportion. |
