PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fish pickles, by which the fish pickles capable of being easily cooked can easily and efficiently be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: Fish slices produced in a fish slice-producing process 11 are treated with salt water in a salt water-treating process 12, drained in a salt water-draining process 13, and pickled in a liquid seasoning 15 in a pickling process 14. The liquid seasoning 15 contains Sake (rice wine) lees as a main component and is further mixed with water and soy sauce. The fish slices are pickled for a whole day and overnight and then subjected to a draining process 16, a packaging process 17 and a shipping process 18 to obtain the products the products pickled in the Sake lees. |
