PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of effectively irradiating a lesion region positioned at a deep part, with laser beams while positively preventing the damage of normal tissue to be protected, in spite of simple structure. SOLUTION: This laser irradiation device has an optical fiber 107 slidably installed in a long-sized body 101 and having a base end into which laser beams are led, and the tip from which the laser beams are emitted; a driving means for reciprocating the optical fiber in the longitudinal direction of the body; a fixed member 114 fixed to the optical fiber; a reflecting member 113 with a reflecting plane 119 reflecting the laser beams emitted from the tip of the optical fiber; a bending member 117 disposed between the fixed member and the reflecting member; a laser emission part reciprocated together with the optical fiber; and an angle changing means for changing the reflecting angle of the reflecting plane by repeatedly bending the bending member following the reciprocating movement of the laser emission part. |
