PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and nearly fixedly keep a cloth pressurizing force by a cloth presser regardlessly of the thickness of the cloth to be sewed. SOLUTION: The energizing force controller of the cloth presser is composed of a pneumatic cylinder having a piston sliding therein end of a pneumatic adjuster. Then the energizing force against the cloth to be sewed is automatically controlled.
