PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow wide-range handling of carried materials having plane shapes and greatly different diameters, using one vacuum sucking lift. SOLUTION: Plural outside sucking pads 10a and plural inside sucking pads 10b, different in size and shape, are layered at the same position. Seal lips 15 for each of the outside sucking pads 10a and the inside sucking pads 10b are independent without contacting each other, providing for contacting the carried materials.
