PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope having endo-therapy accessory elevator which can prevent burn of an operator in the use of a high frequency treating instrument by arranging a highly practical structure. SOLUTION: An operation wire 22 for operating a treating instrument erecting piece 5 by remote control from an operating part 3 is formed out of an electrically insulating material to electrically insulate a portion between the tip 1a of an inserting part 1 and the operating part 3.
