PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily optimize the indication timing for the replacement of equipment. SOLUTION: In a tire manufacturing process, a customer's order is issued to a vulcanizing process (1) and a green tire necessary for manufacturing an ordered tire is ordered to a molding process from the vulcanizing process (2) and members necessary for manufacturing the green tire are ordered to respective member processing processes (3). The members manufactured in the respective member processing processes are subjected to a molding processing (4) and the green tire manufactured in the molding process is supplied to the vulcanizing process (5) and the final product manufactured in the vulcanizing process is supplied to a customer (6) and the residual number of the green tires having the same size to be manufactured in the molding process is calculated. When the residual number becomes the set number for the molding process, the indication for replacing equipment is outputted to a worker of the molding process and, when the residual number becomes the set number for the vulcanizing process, the indication for replacing equipment is outputted to a worker of the vulcanizing process.
