PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the simplification of a structure, the reduction of product cost and the stable supply of a saturated solution. SOLUTION: A tank body 11 provided with a saturated solution supply port 1a, a filter 2 placed on the inner bottom surface of the tank body 11, a cap- shaped partition wall 3 arranged on the filter 2 so as to form a saturated solution storage chamber on the filter 2 and a saturated solution forming tank 1 connecting the interior 3b of the partition wall and the saturated solution supply port 1a are constituted to dispense with a member for holding the filter 2. |
