PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high reinforcing effect by filling with foam by fixing the foam to a molded object by relatively simple constitution, in reinforcing the molded object by filling the same with the foam. SOLUTION: A process for preparing a plate-shaped member containing a predetermined heat treatment element, a process for applying plastic processing to the plate-shaped member to form the molded object having a predetermined shape, a process for applying predetermined heat treatment to at least the predetermined region of the molded object, a process for setting a foaming material to the heat-treated predetermined region, and a process for heating the molded object in which the foaming material is set to foam the foaming material, are provided.
