PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launch device that is durable, compact and easy to assemble by mitigating striking impact and reducing noise. SOLUTION: In the launch device for launching game balls B1 in which a solenoid assembly 100 having a rod 110 to which a plunger 112 is mounted, a solenoid 150 having a cylindrical coil bobbin 151 into which the plunger 112 is loosely fitted are provided, and a casing 120 is mounted to a machine base and a game ball B1 is shot by exciting the solenoid 150, the solenoid assembly 100 having the casing 120, front and rear elastic cushioning plates 130A and 130B mounted to both ends of the casing 120 and where the plunger 112 sits on, front and rear bearing plates 140A and 140B mounted outside the front and rear elastic cushioning plates 130A and 130B and bearing the rod 110 is housed in a housing 200 or 300.
