PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for a good sleep capable of covering a face and seeing cargoes or others as it remains mounted. SOLUTION: The implement comprises a mounting portion 2 mountable on the head of a user U, a sheeted face covering portion 1 having one end mounted on the mounting portion for covering the face, an eye covering portion 4 provided on the face covering portion for covering eyes and shutting off a light, and a seeing-through portion 5 formed between the eye covering portion and the mounting portion for seeing through objects.
