PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, conveniently portable head cooling device which cools a fever caused by a cold, a personal trip or a business trip by using ice stored in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The device comprises a slightly big cover 2 mounted on a vinyl body 1 into which a water 5 and ices 6 are charged from the cover. It is wrapped on the head with a band 3 and fixed with a magic tape 4 (a registered trade mark), with a thick vinyl bottom 7 for controlling too much cooling.
