PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally adjust image properties of a medical image. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT image G3 in which a window level/a window width of the whole screen are set is divided into a first region R1 and a second region R2, and only a window level/a window width of the second region R2 is changed without changing a window level/a window width of the first region R1. Thus, all of a plurality of sites in which distribution state of pixel values are substantially different can be simultaneously displayed with appropriate contrast.
