PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulging apparatus in a simple constitution without incurring an equipment cost, capable of facilitating maintenance, shortening a cycle time and reducing its size. SOLUTION: A bulging apparatus is provided with a bulging die 1 to accommodate/restrict a tube stock P, a high pressure fluid supply means 2 to supply a high pressure fluid into the tube stock P, an axial pushing means 5, which has a pressing member 3 to seal both ends of the tube stock P and a drive mechanism 4 to press the tube stock P by driving the pressing member 3 in the axial direction, and a reaction reduction mechanism 6 to reduce the reaction imparted to the pressing member 3 by a high pressure fluid supplied into the tube stock P through the pressure of the high pressure fluid by itself, and a servo motor 7 to have an output to press the end parts of the tube stock P while the drive mechanism 4 of the axial pushing means drives the pressing member 3 reducing the reaction of the high pressure supplied into the tube stock P by the reaction reduction mechanism 6.
