PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative inorganic plate which is light in weight and high in strength, does not cause surface defects by sanding, has good heat insulation properties, and elongates the life of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: The decorative inorganic plate has three-layer structure in which a core layer 12 containing a foamed inorganic material and a binder as indispensable components is laminated between the surface and back layers 10 and 11 containing rock wool, inorganic powder, and a binder as indispensable components to be integrated. The shot weight of the rock wool is made 20 wt. % or below, and in the particle size distribution of the shot, a portion of 300μm or above is adjusted to be 0.1 wt.% or below and a portion of 200-300μm is adjusted to be 1 wt.% or below.
