PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vibration and a noise at a rotating time without looseness of a blanket. SOLUTION: A blanket cylinder comprises a hole 7 parallel to an axis, an inserting groove 6 opened in a width slightly larger twice as large as a thickness of a base plate 20 of a blanket T on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder along the hole so that one edge 24 is formed at substantially same acute angle as a folding angle of a gripper side 21 of the blanket, the other edge 25 is formed at an acute angle smaller than any folding angle of a gripper end side 30 of the blanket, a latch part 16 rotatably supported to the hole, latched to an inside of the folding part of the gripper end side of the blanket at a rotating displacement to be drawn into the cylinder, a lead-in shaft 12 formed separately from the gripper end side at one of a pushing-out surface 28 to be pushed out of the cylinder at the gripper end side by a rotary displacement, and a blanket mounting unit U having a rotary force giving means 13 for giving a force always to the drawing direction into the blanket cylinder at the gripper end side of the blanket by the lead-in shaft.
