PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rmw stably storing different protein- containing culture solution produced by using a methanol-assimilating yeast. SOLUTION: This method for storing the culture liquid, comprising transforming a methanol-assimilating yeast with an expression vector having a transduced gene encoding a different kind of protein under the control of a methanol-inducing promoter, culturing the transformed yeast to express the different kind of protein, and then storing the culture solution containing the different kind of the protein without removing the methanol-assimilating yeast. |
