PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-rays equipment allowing the recognition of the depth direction position and size of a concerned region of a subject without changing the height of a cut face in various ways to carry out tomographic photographing. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube apparatus 1 is moved toward the head or leg part of the subject on a top plate 4, and X-rays are obliquely irradiated to obtain two images radiographed in different angle positions and displayed on an image monitor 11. A moving point of the concerned region of the subject on the images is taken into an image processing part 18 by an input support device 12 such as a mouse 12a, and the depth direction position and enlargement ratio of the concerned region the subject are computed by a distance computing part 19 and displayed on the image monitor 11. When a tomographic photographing mode is selected in a console 16, automatic setting to the height of the concerned region with the computed cut face is attained to permit photographing of the desired tomographic face only with one tomographic photographing.
