PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lining which is obtained via small number of manufacturing processes and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A vehicle lining (1) for covering an inner side of a vehicle panel has a main body portion (3) of the lining and a duct portion (4) forming an air passage, at least one of the lining main body and the duct portion being with an adhesive film, the main body portion of the lining and the duct portion being molded into one body.
