PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting hook which is suppressed in increasing friction resistance between a rail cover edge and a slide rail as far as possible and enables the movable hook to smoothly slide. SOLUTION: This adjusting hook is constituted of a movable hook 1 attached to one end inside face of a meeting part of a waist band and a receiver 5 to latch the hook piece of the movable hook attached to the other end outside face of the meeting part. The movable hook 1 comprises a mounted body 2 equipped with a spring housing groove 20, a hook main body 3 to slide by a rail cover edge 33 to be a guide means for a slide rail 21 and a hook piece 32 formed by folding back keeping a hooking space, and an elastic body 4 equipped in the spring housing groove. The movable hook 1 and the receiver 5 are bent along the waist and the rail cover edge 33 is equipped with a projection 31 to abut on the slide rail 21.
