PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed polyolefin laminate which is made of a recyclable olefin polymer, has a high expansion ratio and a soft touch, and is excellent in appearance, abrasion resistance, durability, and sliding characteristics. SOLUTION: In the foamed polyolefin laminate, a base material layer of a foamed polyolefin expandable composition containing 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer obtained by the dynamic heat treatment of a mixture containing a polyolefin resin and ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, 1-20 pts.wt. of polyolefin plastic, and a blowing agent and a skin layer of an ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin resin of 3.5-8.3 dl/g in intrinsic viscosity, or a skin layer of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer composition containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, organopolysiloxane, a fluoropolymer, an antistatic agent, and a polyolefin resin are laminated.
