PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular food-containing acidic sol-like food product with long-term stability causing no precipitation or flotation of the granular food even after long-term preservation through homogeneously dispersing vesicles of fruits, turbid fruit juice, finely cut fruits and vegetables, seeds such as sesame, spice such as pepper or granular food product such as pulp or fiber. SOLUTION: This acidic sol-like food product is such one as to contain deacylated-type gellan gum, iota-carageenan and a soluble calcium salt. |
