The web forms at least one longitudinal row of slots (17) which are curved and are located alternatingly on one side and the other of a centre line (19) of the row mutually spaced longitudinally of the row. The concave sides of the slots on opposite sides of the centre line face each other and the slots on one side of the centre line span the spaces between adjacent slots on the other side of the centre line.
