PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a boiled rice food product with not only moderate saltiness but also moderate palate feeling and good taste by boiling rice with seawater. SOLUTION: This boiled rice food product is obtained by boiling rice with deep seawater which is prepared so as to have such a salt content as to have considered the salt levels of the final product. Specifically, the boiled rice food product is a formed one being rice ball. |
