SOLUTION: In this user notification system in a home-to-home delivery locker, a home-to-home delivery locker 1 and a control center 2 for controlling the home-to-home delivery locker are connected through a communication line and information that the baggage is housed in the locker can be obtained at the control center. Based on information on the receiver included in the information, the user notification system automatically delivers baggage arrival information from the control center or the home-to-home delivery locker through a communication means such as a telephone set (including a portable telephone set), facsimile, an electronic mail, etc., to the receiver. |
