PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excision instrument for an endoscope allowing the easy and efficient execution of biopsy or excision of tissue in one or plural parts in the tissue of the long and narrow lumen. SOLUTION: This excision instrument 1 for the endoscope is used in combination with the endoscope 2 and inserted in the lumen of an organism to excise the internal wall tissue of the lumen. The excision instrument 1 is provided with a transparent cylindrical part 10; a suction device for creating negative pressure inside the cylindrical part 10; an airtight member 48 making the inside of the cylindrical part 10 airtight against negative pressure created by suction; at least one pore part 21 bored near the tip part of the cylindrical part 10 to suck the mucous membrane of the lumen tissue internal wall; a cutting edge member 23 installed inside the cylindrical part 10 to excise the mucous membrane; and a driving shaft 38 for driving the cutting edge member 23. |
