PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying and arranging shelf which can be moved and fixed to the free position of a standing wall and can replenish the size, etc., of a conventional shelf as for the displaying and arranging shelf for the comparatively small containers of cosmetics, medicines, etc. SOLUTION: The shelf consists of a table for placing merchandise, etc., plural first notch parts formed at the rear end part of this table, a second notch part formed at a plate provided at the rear surface of the rear end part of the table and a comb line projection toward the front side of the table provided at the rear surface of the table. The tail part of a suction disk is mounted to the first notch part and the second notch part. 1 is the table, 2 is the first notch part, 3 is a rib, 4 is a plate, 5 is the second notch part, 6 is the comb line projection, 8 is a space, 9 is a projection, B is the suction disk, Ba is the tail of the suction disk, and (a) is a bottle of cosmetics.
