PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for in-mold molding which has good adhesion to an injected resin and can decorate the surface of an molding by thermal transfer recording also after in-mold decorative molding, and an in-mold decorated molding using the film. SOLUTION: In the composite film which has a dye receiving layer for thermal transfer recording at least on one side of a substrate film, the substrate film comprises at least two components of a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin and a masking agent, its total light transmittance is 40% or below, and the dye receiving layer is made of an acrylic resin composition containing a urethane resin and a polymer of an unsaturated monomer. The composite film is arranged in the mold of an injection molding machine for in-mold decorated, a resin material is injected to mold integrally, and the in-mold decorated molding is obtained. |
