PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen a noise countermeasure by effectively absorbing noise due to static electricity charged to a game ball and a payoff device, and prevent bad influence due to noise upon various game control boards. SOLUTION: Two curved parts 75g of an upstream meandering passage wall 75d of a ball passage 75e of the payoff device 35 are provided with thin- plate conductive members 80, 81, a noise absorbing circuit for absorbing noise due to static electricity is provided on a power supply board, and the conductive members 80, 81 and the noise absorbing circuit are connected to each other by a ground wire 94. Even if the game balls 25 supplied to the payoff device 35 and moved in the meandering manner are charged with static electricity, and the passage wall 75d is also charged with static electricity, the game balls 25 moving in the meandering manner in the ball passage 75e directly come into contact with two conductive members 80, 81 successively so that the static electricity applied to the game balls 25 and the passage wall 75d are positively eliminated by the conductive members 80, 81 and noise due to the static electricity can be surely absorbed by the noise absorbing circuit.
