PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a better static electricity measure for static electricity in a pinball game machine. The conductive layer 16 is formed of a conductive ink print, and the deposited film 30b is formed by aluminum deposition. Therefore both are conductive. A conducting area 16a as the exposed area of the conductive layer 16 is formed around the deposited film 30 and the backing paper 18, the conducting area 16a is conductively connected to a conductive member 22 through a conductive adhesive 24. The conductive member 22 is grounded by a route when necessary.
