PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base connecting structure for a displaying device capable of preventing coming off of a base by extremely simple structure and work. SOLUTION: A lower stage slit 17, an intermediate stage slit 18 and an upper stage slit 19 are formed at the front end face 11A of the lower part of each support 11 and a hook member 40 provided with a lower stage hook part 42 which can be engaged with the respective slits, a tongue piece part 43 and a hook part 56 is provided at the rear end of each base side panel 25. The part 56 is formed at the rear part of a flake body 47 supported rotatably. When hooking the part 42 and the part 43 to the slit 17 and the slit 18, this body 47 can be inserted into the slit 19 in a tilting posture and the part 56 can be hooked to the upper end forming edge 19A of the slit 19 by rotating the body 47.
