PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a buckle from being easily released even when the buckle receives a strong shock. SOLUTION: A frame 2 is attached to an upper plate 11 and a lower plate 12 is made openable in this buckle. Mutually engageable upper engaging parts 112, 113 and lower engaging parts 122, 123 are equipped on the upper plate 11 and the lower plate 12. A roller member 21 formed by inserting a shaft part 21 through a cylinder 212 is set near by the front rail 23 in the frame 2. The roller member 21 is set in a position where the pin head 30 of a pin member 3 is just hung on and the height is lower than the thickness of the pin head 30 from the upper face 20 of the frame 2.
