PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated stretched film for packaging having a performance balance of a practical heat sealability and a packaging suitability. SOLUTION: The laminated stretched film for packaging comprises layers (A) for constituting both surface layers and each made of a resin composition containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and/or a linear ethylene-α-olefin copolymer of 99.5 to 90 wt.% and a defogging agent of 0.5 to 10 wt.%, a layer (B) for constituting an intermediate layer containing a polyolefin resin having a crystal melting peak temperature higher by 20 deg.C than that of the resin composition of the layer (A), and a layer (C) for constituting an intermediate layer containing a cyclic olefin copolymer having a repeating unit originated from anα-olefin, a repeating unit originated from the cyclic olefin and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30 deg.C or lower.
