PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a grid which is formed by a loading section by constructing a plurality of wires to a frame in a range enclosed by this frame and is loaded with materials to be cooked, such as fish, on this loading section in such a manner that the grid is usable as a both side grid, may be manufactured at a low cost, has a structure to allow simple maintenance, makes dirt hardly accmulatable in weld zones and has improved durability. SOLUTION: The frame and the respective wires are so formed that the frame and the respective wires come into surface-to-surface contact with each other in fastening points 44 of the respective wires 42a constituting the loading section 42 to the frame 41 and that the angleαformed by the top surface of the frame to be fastened with the wires and the side parts of the wires attains >=90 deg..
