PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for cleaning wherein the reduction of the adherent force of the tacky surface at the time of cleaning is less, the persistency of the a tackiness is large, and a larger area can be cleaned with the same sheet area by a simple operation without specifically requiring labor, and in addition, the application of damages to a surface to be cleaned is less. SOLUTION: This sheet 1 for cleaning comprises a base sheet, and a fiber layer formed of a large number of raised fibers 35 which erect on the cleaning surface side of the base sheet. In this case, the cleaning surface 31 is formed of the fiber layer, and the cleaning surface 31 has tackiness. Also, spaces between the erected fibers 35 form an open space 32 which can catch objectives to be cleaned. The sheet for cleaning can be used for a rotatable rolling type cleaning utensil 1 comprising a roller handle 2 which is formed into an L-shape, and a cylindrical core 3 which is rotatably fitted on the distal end section 21 of the roller handle 2.
