PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-rays equipment capable of long-distance photographing such as chest photographing on a photographing table permitting fluoroscopic photographing, without needing a separate photographing device. SOLUTION: An X-ray tube support evacuation switch 13 of a console 12 is operated to evacuate a support 2 to which an X-ray tube device 1 is fixed, independently onto the head side or foot side of a top plate 4. A subject is placed on the top plate 4, and a second X-ray tube apparatus 1a suspended from an overhead traveling part is moved and positioned above a concerned region of the subject with the collimating light of a collimator. An X-ray image detecting part moving switch 19 of the console 12 is then operated to position an X-ray image detecting part 3 at the lower part of the top plate 4 of the concerned region. In this state, long-distance photographing such as chest photographing is performed.
