PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligament hanging anchor sufficiently small, prevented from becoming loose at a loop part and hardly damaging the loop part and a ligament. SOLUTION: Two holes in a plate part for hanging a previously formed loop of band shape are obliquely opened to combine the loop of band shape having a sufficiently large width, with the sufficiently small plate part with strength. Looseness is prevented because of the loop formed in advance, the loop part and the ligament are hardly damaged because of the sufficiently large band width, and the plate part can be sufficiently small and provided with strength.
