PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device for a conveying carriage capable of certainly stopping the conveying carriage at a machining position at which the conveying carriage abuts on a stopper without positional displacement. SOLUTION: This positioning device 2 of the conveying carriage 1 positions the conveying carriage 1 capable of running along a conveying passage 11 at a predetermined machining position. On the conveying passage 11 side, the stopper 21 for abutting on the conveying carriage 1 at the machining position X to stop the running of the conveying carriage 1. The conveying carriage 1 is provided with a positioning pin 23 lockable and unlockable on or from a locking hole 13 disposed on the conveying passage 11 side at the machining position X, and a pulling means 25 for pulling the conveying carriage 1 to the stopper 21 side to forcibly allowing the carriage 1 to abut on stopper 21.
