PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin and lighten a molded product molded by injecting molten metal of magnesium alloy to a part between a fixed die having the sufficient wall thickness and a molten metal passage and a movable die, by cutting the molded product by machining work and removing the molded wall. SOLUTION: An injection molded product 1 of magnesium alloy is cut by machining work, the molded wall is removed to thin the wall, and a rib and a latticed molded wall are left in order to hold mechanical strength of the molded product 1.
