PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch die capable of easily aligning shaft centers of a punch body and a punch tip in a constitution in which the punch tip is freely mounted/dismounted to the punch body. SOLUTION: In a punch die arranged with a collet chuck 29 freely mounting/ dismounting the punch tip 27 in an accommodation hole 21 formed to a tip of the punch body 3, the collet chuck 29 is provided with a outer cylinder 31 arranged with a taper hole, an inner cylinder 33 which is fitted into the taper hole to be reduced and freely fastens the punch tip 27, a pressing ring member 37 to freely press the outer cylinder 31 in the direction of an accommodation hole 21 inside, and a punch locking part 35 arranged with an inward protruding part 35P freely engaging a peripheral groove 27G formed to the punch tip 27.
