STRETCH BLOW-MOLDED CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch blow-molded container which is formed by biaxially stretching and blow-molding a thermoplastic polyester and shows excellent heat resistance and heat pressure resistance to the extent that it can endure heat sterilization such as hot filling. SOLUTION: A stretch blow-molded container is obtained by stretch blow- molding a prefoam mainly composed of a thermoplastic polyester wherein the body portion, the bottom portion and the shoulder portion of the container are stretch-orientated and at least the center portion of the bottom portion has an endothermic peak (B) accompanied by disappearance of a pseudo- crystalline measured by means of a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the temperature range from a glass transition temperature to an initiation temperature of fusion of the polyester crystalline.
