PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lunch box, whose partition can be easily made, and the lunch box. SOLUTION: This lunch box is equipped with a box main body 100 with a hollow penetrating part in a prescribed shape with a prescribed area and a partition unit 200 adhered on the hollow penetrating part of the box main body 100. Plural storing grooves are formed in the box main body 100 by a prescribed partition rib 21. The lunch box is manufactured by firstly cutting a base material to form the hollow penetrating part in a prescribed shape with a prescribed area and secondly adhering a rubber film with an area capable of completely covering the hollow penetrating part and then folding the base material so as to form the box main body 100 for filling foods in. The rubber film is put in and pressed in between female and male dies to project the rubber film to form the partition rib 21. Any form of partition can be manufactured by the above mentioned method. |
