PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly produce a heat sink used as a dump heat means of chips at a low cost even in a case a large number of narrow fins are provided. SOLUTION: When implanting the comb-toothed copper fins in a copper base, a large number of grooves having a depth slightly larger than the width of the fins and slightly larger than the height of a base part are cut into the base continuously at predetermined intervals, the fins are fitted into the respective grooves the adjacent comb-toothed fins are pressed into the base orthogonally to the groove direction via a pressing plate, and the copper member at the upper edge of the base groove is locally filled into and press-fitted to an upper part between the fin base part and the comb-toothed fins to provide a product.
