PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing the number of exchange parts in a pocket cloth folding device. SOLUTION: The pocket cloth folding device 10 is provided with a template 80, a presser bar 53 for holding the pocket cloth with the template 80, a folding member 62 which is arranged in the circumference of the template 80 and the presser bar 53 and folds the peripheral edge part of the pocket cloth sticking out from a part between the template 80 and the presser bar 53 toward the rear surface side of the template 80 while moving forward and a folding driving means 22 for driving the member 62. The driving means 22 is arranged on a large base 21, the folding member 62 is disposed on a small base 51, the small base 51 is freely attachable/detachable to/from the large base 21 and the folding member 62 is freely attachable/detachable to/from the folding driving means 22.
