<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA(deoxyribonucleic acid) capable of coding phosphohexuloisomerase, and to provide a method for producing phosphohexuloisomerase. SOLUTION: This DNA codes a protein expressed by (A) or another protein expressed by (B): (A) a protein having an amino acid sequence specified in the sequence number 3 (refer to the specification) of the sequence listing; and (B) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence where one or several amino acids of the sequence of the protein specified in the sequence number 3 (refer to the specification) of the sequence listing are subjected to substitution, deletion, insertion or addition, and further having phosphohexuloisomerase activity.</p> |
