PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for fish breeding, capable of following the movement of ocean waves, naturally standing a force and a shock by the waves in the case of installation at a sea area having ocean waves, preventing impossi bility of following the movement of a fish preserve of Paralichthys olivaceus even in the case of cultivation of a bottom fish such as Paralichthys olivaceus, preventing a rise in mortality of fries of Paralichthys olivaceus and also cultur ing the bottom fish. SOLUTION: Frame pillars 1 are constituted of a double pipe structure composed of inner pipes 1a and outer tubes 1b slidably combined with the inner pipes 1a. Either the outer pipes 1b or the inner pipes 1a positioned at the bottom of the plural frame pillars 1 are fixed to a sinker 5 at the bottom of the sea. Either the outer pipes 1b or the inner pipes 1a positioned at the tops of the frame pillars 1 are fitted to float bodies 3a so that the tops of the frame pillars 1 move up are down following the movement of the surface of the water. The top and the bottom of a fish breeding net 2 are fixed to the tops and the bottoms of the frame pillars 1, and the fish breeding net 2 is stretched between the plural frame pillars 1. The tops and the bottoms of the plural frame pillars are connected by frames to maintain a shape.
