PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lister effective for resisting the excessive dragging run of the traveling body caused by the forced slipping rotation of a rotary listing member and the essentially slip-free rotation of the wheel, suppressing the excessive dragging run and stabilizing the traveling motion of the working body. SOLUTION: The traveling body 1 is provided with a handle 3 protruding at the rear part of the body based on the traveling direction and a wheel 4 is placed at a side of the body. A soil cutting rotor 5, a rotary listing member 6 and a resisting member 24 thrustable into the field are placed at the other side of the traveling body.
